Salesforce DeveloperMust be a US Citizen or GC holder with the ability to be hired as an FTE without sponsorshipsYou will work directly alongside Business Analysts, Admins, and fellow Developers in a tight, collaborative team environment where you will be building, testing, and shipping real solutions together, not working in a silo.This role will sit within one of our core business pods (Service Cloud, Pricing, or Finance) depending on team needs and your background. The exact pod placement is flexible and will be finalized during the interview process based on fit.What to expect day to day:Build and enhance solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative toolsPartner closely with Business Analysts and Admins in your pod to translate requirements into working functionalityParticipate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retros as an active member of an agile teamWrite clean, tested, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews with your teammatesTroubleshoot and resolve bugs, working hand in hand with QA and other developersDesign and integrate REST APIs to connect Salesforce with other systemsContribute to team discussions on architecture, technical approach, and best practicesSupport release and deployment activities alongside your podSkills needed for success:Experience building on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows)Comfort working with SOQL, SOSL, and DMLA genuine interest in working as part of a team rather than independently, peer-to-peer work, reviewing work, and being reviewed in turnStrong communication skills, especially when collaborating with non-technical teammates like BAs and AdminsExperience with version control (Git) and standard development toolingSalesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or similar) are a plus but not requiredCuriosity and a builder mindset; you like figuring things out and shipping solutions HireTech Group
