Position SummaryAs Salesforce Life Sciences Senior Consultant specializing in Life Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their transformation goals. Work you'll doAs a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for…Supporting the design and delivery of sales and service transformation initiatives across strategy, process, technology, and operating model workstreamsAnalyzing current-state business processes, customer journeys, and organizational structures to identify gaps and improvement opportunitiesGathering and documenting business requirements and translating client needs into functional recommendations and deliverablesFacilitating client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions while tracking decisions, risks, issues, and action itemsCreating presentations, status reports, process maps, and implementation materials to support program execution and stakeholder alignmentThe TeamOur Sales & Service offering drives global customer transformation by designing and implementing innovative sales and service experiences. We blend strategy, technology, and creativity to solve complex challenges, bringing customer strategies to life and creating new markets. Required Qualifications5+ years in consulting or the Life Sciences industry (pharma, medtech, or biotech)3+ years leading Salesforce programs, including 3+ full lifecycle implementations as program/delivery lead.Life Sciences Cloud Certification or Heath Cloud CertificationBachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Veeva CRM and Life Sciences commercial data vendors/ecosystemsHealth Cloud and/or Life Sciences Cloud Certification preferredThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $198,000.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
