This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed.What You'll DoSupport and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, including escalations related to mission-critical systemsDesign and implement infrastructure solutions for environments of increasing complexity and scaleImprove system performance, reliability, and capacity through tuning, analysis, and recommendationsAutomate infrastructure provisioning and repeatable operational tasks to improve speed, consistency, and accuracyEvaluate technologies within your domain and contribute practical recommendations that improve operations and long-term supportabilityWhat You'll Bring5+ years of infrastructure engineering or related experience, including enhancing infrastructure in large or enterprise environmentsExperience troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving resolution with strong ownership, along with infrastructure design, provisioning, performance tuning, capacity planning, and automation of operational or provisioning tasks through scripting and other methodsExpertise in enterprise storage architecture and deployment across block, file, and object storage, including Pure, NetApp, and Dell/EMC, and storage area networks using Brocade and Cisco MDSExpertise in enterprise data protection with Commvault, operating systems including RHEL, Windows, ESX, and Xen, and cloud infrastructure, especially AzureExperience with scripting and automation tools such as Python and AnsibleBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience#LI-AZ1Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
