Full‑Time | Field‑Based
Aspen Contracting is hiring Sales Representatives in the Waterloo, IA area. This is an outside/field sales role focused on helping homeowners with exterior restoration solutions, focused on roofing, siding, and gutters .
We are looking for motivated, competitive individuals who are comfortable working in the field and ready to grow with a nationally recognized company.
- Generate leads through field canvassing and customer interaction
- Meet with homeowners to assess exterior needs
- Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community
- Work closely with sales and production teams
- Learn the full sales process with provided training and support
- Comfortable with outside / door‑to‑door sales
- Strong communication skills
- Self‑motivated and dependable
- Sales or customer‑facing experience is a plus (not required)
- Willingness to learn and grow
No experience required — training provided
