IT Manager/Director

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager/Director to serve as the central point of coordination between business teams, external technology providers, and key stakeholders in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role is focused on aligning business system needs with vendor-delivered services, guiding technology initiatives, and ensuring support processes run smoothly across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership in business systems, vendor oversight, and project execution, along with practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric.Responsibilities:• Act as the main contact for business users, third-party vendors, and technology partners to align priorities, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.• Coordinate support operations by managing service requests, access needs, escalations, and follow-through with outsourced IT providers.• Oversee delivery of technology-related projects, ensuring timelines, business expectations, and vendor responsibilities remain on track.• Translate operational and business needs into clearly defined system requirements and work with partners to implement appropriate solutions.• Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and issue resolution to support reliable day-to-day technology operations.• Facilitate administration and governance activities related to Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric in partnership with technical teams.• Support system updates and business-driven technology changes by coordinating stakeholders, approvals, and implementation activities.• Help ensure control, access, and security considerations are addressed during project planning and service coordination.• Maintain visibility into business system performance, recurring support trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
