Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to align business and IT objectives Develop use cases, process flows, and user stories to support solution design Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support QA efforts throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, project managers, and business leaders Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Experience with data analysis tools and SQL is considered an asset
