Mechanical Sales Representative
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Sales Rep to develop new business and support existing industrial customers in Madison, IL!
This primarily remote role combines technical sales, customer support, troubleshooting, and relationship management.
Responsibilities include delivering technical presentations on products and services, working with customers, engineers, and internal teams to identify product and system needs, generating new orders, renewing existing business, and coordinating job completion. Troubleshoot customer equipment or process issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide ongoing sales support and build long-term client relationships. Meet monthly and annual revenue goals. Stay current on industrial and mechanical market trends.
Compensation & Benefits include a $75,000 base salary plus commission based on revenue sold, company vehicle and company credit card, low-cost medical, dental, and vision coverage, and 401(k) available after 12 months, including a 3% Safe Harbor company match.
Qualifications include minimum 4 years of sales experience, at least 1 year of industrial or mechanical experience, strong communication, technical presentation, and customer-service skills, and the ability to work independently in a primarily remote position, with occasional required meetings.
