CAS, an FAA Part 145 Repair Station with EASA, UK CAA, and ISO 9001 certifications, is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in aircraft parts sales, repair services, engine programs, and teardown projects. This role requires a strong aviation MRO background, an established industry network, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. Pay range: $20–$28 per hour, based on experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and close new business in aircraft parts sales and repair services. Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to quoting, negotiation, and contract execution. Expand relationships with airlines, leasing companies, MROs, and brokers. Meet and exceed revenue targets. Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings. Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management. Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure successful project execution. Requirements 3+ years of aviation sales experience (MRO, components, engines, or parts trading). Strong knowledge of the FAA Part 145 repair station environment. Established aviation industry network. Proven negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and strategically. On-site role.
