Aircraft Parts Sales Representative

We are a leader in the aviation parts industry, seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Trader to join our dynamic sales team in Miami . This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your expertise in Airframe or Engine Parts Trading directly drives our growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow and strengthen our customer base. Quote and follow up on sales opportunities to secure deals. Trade inventory globally through sales and exchanges. Build, manage, and maintain new customer account relationships. Maximize sales and purchasing opportunities as they arise. Source and acquire inventory to meet business needs. Enhance customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to inquiries. Requirements Proven experience in Aviation Parts Trading . Strong motivation to earn commissions and advance your career. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, including executive-level contacts. Expertise in niche product lines such as Engine, APU, or Landing Gear is a plus. Existing relationships in key markets or regions are advantageous. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and high energy. Deep understanding of sales and purchasing processes. Detail-oriented, creative, and team-oriented. Consultative problem-solving approach. Competitive base salary plus monthly commissions , performance bonuses, and annual reviews.
