The successful candidate will serve as the primary subject matter expert for NetSuite and a broader suite of business applications, partnering directly with cross-functional stakeholders to support system administration, integrations, and continuous enhancements.Primary Responsibilities:Provide technical guidance and day-to-day administration of the NetSuite ERP platformManage relationships with third-party vendors and integration partnersLeverage JavaScript and NetSuite APIs to support custom development and automationAdminister and support a customer service platform, including vendor coordination and ERP integrationSupport and administer a project and collaboration toolset at an application levelSupport custom field configurationsConnect and maintain integrations, third-party modules, and add-ons across core business applicationsCoordinate technical and project efforts across vendors and external integratorsDeliver strong internal customer service communication to stakeholders across departmentsConduct regular data audits and resolve data integrity issuesGather end-user feedback and translate it into system requirements and enhancementsEvaluate new tools and integrations to support operational efficiencyDesign and implement searches, reports, dashboards, and process monitoring solutionsParticipate in all project phases: requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, development, configuration, QA, documentation, and trainingManage user access, monitor system performance, and maintain up-to-date system documentationBasic Requirements:BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience5+ years of ERP/CRM administration experience2+ years of NetSuite experience, including API integration implementationPreferred Skills & Experience:Familiarity with ITSM and customer service platformsExperience creating and maintaining technical documentationProficiency in REST APIs; knowledge of iPaaS integration tools a plusNetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification preferredCRM platform experience a plusBenefitsMy client offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, life insurance, retirement plans with company match, parental leave, and a flexible hybrid working arrangement.All candidates must successfully pass background and credit checks.
