Claims Investigator

To support a growing team, the full-time Claims Investigator will review, analyze, and investigate P&C insurance claims to determine their validity and ensure accurate settlements, working in a hybrid or remote capacity. Key responsibilities Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims while delivering outstanding customer service Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, and attorneys Manage active files, ensure accurate reserving, and maintain compliance with audit guidelines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience handling auto and general liability/property damage claims is preferred Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and contribute across multiple functional areas Proven track record of managing priorities and delivering results in fast-paced settings Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take initiative in evolving business environments
