This is a remote role with regular travel to your communities (expect to be in the field approximately 50% of the time). You’ll report to the Regional Vice President and serve as the strategic and operational hub for your region. Qualifications 3–5 years of multi-site property management experience strongly preferred; candidates with demonstrated portfolio complexity considered Experience overseeing a portfolio of 1,200+ units Direct experience managing and preparing property-level budgets CPM, CAM, or ARM designation required — or active candidacy in one of these programs Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time BA/BS degree preferred; equivalent experience considered Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance required Proficiency with property management software and standard office tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Arlington Holding Company
