Responsibilities

• Complete laboratory documentation accurately according to SOPs and good laboratory practices
• Independently troubleshoot equipment and mentor others in troubleshooting; manage QC responsibilities
• Review and compile results, determine acceptability per criteria, author quality records, and participate in investigation processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or related laboratory science
• 2+ years of related laboratory experience or equivalent knowledge and skills
• Experience with microbiology laboratory techniques strongly preferred
• Knowledge of analytical instrumentation operation, maintenance, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
• Familiarity with regulatory authority, compendia, and ICH guidelines
• Excellent manual dexterity and precision in laboratory work
• Strong written and oral communication and project management skills
