Position OverviewComplete Federal and State specific disclosures in tandem with loan specific program requirementsVerify data integrity in the loan fileCommunicate with sales staff as necessaryPrepare Closing Disclosures in accordance with TRID requirementsPrepare Closing Documents in accordance with Federal, State and Loan Specific requirementsCommunicate with Settlement Agents as necessaryRequirementsFamiliar with regulatory compliance including TRID, RESPA and TILAFamiliar with multistate disclosures and closingsBasic knowledge of Conventional and Government loan products and requirementsStrong knowledge of closing document preparationDetail orientedAnalytical skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentBasic computer knowledgeNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
