About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim CFO to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a strategic partner to the executive team, leading the finance and accounting function, and rebuilding the operational and strategic aspects of the role. This includes establishing and leading the FP&A function, ensuring external audit readiness, and collaborating on technical projects. The Interim CFO will also be involved in the implementation of new systems, particularly Workday, and must have a strong background in debt and covenant compliance. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company must have a Master's degree, a CPA with public accounting experience, and a minimum of 10 years' experience as a CFO, with at least 5 years in a private equity environment. The role requires a proven track record in building scalable finance and accounting functions, particularly in the context of first institutional investments for similar-sized companies. Experience in the professional services industry is essential. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in GAAP, have advanced skills in Excel, and possess knowledge of ERP systems, with a preference for those who have experience in Workday and Salesforce. The role demands a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to enforce internal controls and processes.
