Job Summary

Salon Revive is seeking a dedicated and guest-focused individual to join our team as a shampoo assistant. As a shampoo assistant, you will play a key roll in providing exceptional service to our guests and supporting our stylist in delivering high quality hair care services!

Responsibilities

Greet guests and prep them for service.

Shampoo and condition hair using products recommended by stylist.

Perform scalp massages or treatment as needed.

Assist stylist applying treatment or color.

Keep the shampoo area clean and organized.

provide assistance to stylist with other tasks as needed.

ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their Visit.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a salon or customer service role is a plus.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work well in the fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
