Division Vice President Strategic Marketing & Commercial Excellence

For our client, we are seeking a Division Vice President Strategic Marketing & Commercial Excellence to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This leader will guide a broad, enterprise-level marketing function that supports multiple business units and strengthens how the organization connects with customers across complex, technical markets. The role is focused on shaping integrated commercial strategy, elevating brand presence, and improving how marketing contributes to growth across the portfolio. It also partners closely with product and commercial teams to support launches, sharpen positioning, and advance digital and data-driven transformation. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy across all business units to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement Lead digital transformation initiatives, including AI-driven marketing tools and eCommerce Collaborate with product managers to define go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning Support product launches with integrated campaigns and sales enablement tools Establish strategic pricing best practices to drive organic growth Oversee all digital marketing activities and manage campaigns across channels Drive marketing due diligence and post-merger integration for new acquisitions Qualifications 6+ years in a senior marketing role, such as Senior Marketing Director or VP of Marketing Ability to understand complex and technical products in a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in marketing or a technical field (STEM) with marketing experience; MBA preferred Experience leading a shared services marketing team is a plus Benefits Opportunity to lead a high-impact marketing organization Involvement in innovative digital transformation initiatives Support for career development and team mentoring Access to data-driven decision-making frameworks Potential to work within a culture that values continuous improvement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
