Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience.
• New graduates are not accepted.
• Physical Therapist credential required to start.
• HEP B required.
• TB required.
• Flu required.
• Tdap required.

Assignment Details

• Schedule structure: 5x8s or 4x10s.
• Evening coverage is required at least 2 nights per week.
• Clinic hours: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-8:00 PM; Friday 6:00 AM-6:30 PM.
• Documentation system: NextGen.
• Patient volume: 48-50 patients per week.
• Evaluation times: 60-minute evaluations.
• Cases include outpatient orthopedics, post-operative patients, workers' compensation, and Medicare populations.
• No floating required.
