Enrollment Operations Specialist

Supporting the operational effectiveness of Enrollment Services, the full-time remote Enrollment Operations Specialist will manage technology administration, process documentation, and training support while ensuring team members have the necessary resources to engage prospective students. Key responsibilities Assist with the implementation and deployment of best practices across the enrollment team Develop and maintain operational documentation, including standard operating procedures and technology guides Support onboarding of new team members through technology and process training Required qualifications College Degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting enrollment operations or a related operational role Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a service-oriented environment or university setting
