Restaurant Manager

What You’ll Do You will be the leader at a Cracker Barrel restaurant, overseeing front‑and back‑of‑house operations, coaching and developing the team, managing inventory, and delivering the guest experience. Responsibilities Lead the restaurant, focusing on people and place. Coach and develop team members. Manage inventory and ensure guest satisfaction. Proceed with restaurant operations from kitchen flow to front‑of‑house service. Maintain a calm and positive environment during busy shifts. Show hospitality as a team effort, beginning with strong leadership. Qualifications 2–5+ years of successful restaurant management experience. Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10‑hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed. Valid driver’s license. Compensation Pay Range: $19.23 – $23.53 per hour.
