Job Summary

We are currently seeking skilled Welders with MIG and TIG experience to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in precision work and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals including aluminum, steel, and stainless steel
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and production drawings
• Complete fit-ups and weld assemblies according to specifications
• Weld in all positions and directions as required
• Build fixtures and jigs to improve production efficiency
• Perform metal finishing when needed
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Pass welding certification tests based on job requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of welding experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and written instructions
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety and quality focused mindset
• Dependable, accountable, and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
