Watch Our Story: Responsibilities Serve in a technical role, under the direction of a Project Manager Oversee the work of EITs and Junior Project Engineers Prepare detailed engineering designs for rail projects Take responsibility for project involvement, ranging from site feasibility analysis to final design and through the construction phase Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications A minimum of 3 years experience in transportation design – railroad projects Knowledge of "legacy" InRail/InRoadsplatform Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Professional Engineer (PE) license Hands‑on experience with Microstation, OpenRail Designer, AutoCAD and Civil3D Must be able to work both independently and in a team setting MS Office software experience Excellent oral and written communication and project management skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must Our Commitment As employee owners, we all have a role in creating an inclusive environment where each of us is welcomed, valued, respected and empowered to bring our authentic selves to work every day.
