What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Restaurant Server to provide excellent service to all customers at our world class, renowned Watercolour Grillhouse. The Restaurant Server enjoys creating a first class experience in our restaurant with a passion for both people and delicious food.

• Work closely with all team members contributing to a positive work environment
• Demonstrate knowledge of the menu, restaurant, hotel and surrounding area
• Understand and utilize the steps of service
• Accurately take orders, confirm special requests and upsell
• Inspect all food and beverage for accuracy and presentation before delivering
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction responding proactively to any customer needs
• Maintain a clean, safe and healthy work environment
• Operate with a clean as you go and pre-buss work ethic
• Complete all opening and closing side work
• Greet and seat customers when needed
• Previous high volume and fine dining experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
