Now Hiring: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Fountain Valley, CA

Pay Rate: $28.84 - $38.46 per Hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred

Experience Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish
• 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration, leave administration, or HR operations
• Experience administering FMLA, ADA, disability programs, and employee benefit plans
• Experience with HRIS, benefits enrollment systems, and payroll systems preferred
• CEBS certification preferred

Job Duties

• Administer employee benefit programs, enrollment changes, and eligibility reviews
• Process new hire, status change, and termination benefit transactions
• Coordinate FMLA, ADA, state leave, disability, and other protected leave programs
• Track leave activity, return-to-work dates, and required documentation
• Support ADA accommodations and interactive process activities
• Audit benefit enrollments, deductions, and HR records for accuracy
• Assist with open enrollment, reporting, compliance audits, and employee communications
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Up to 10% travel as needed.
