Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth, tailoring your approach to meet individual goals.

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities that are best suited to each client.

• Communicate regularly and effectively with healthcare providers, reporting on patient progress, concerns, and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Consult and coordinate with the client's family, support systems, and other professionals to enhance the treatment process and ensure successful discharge planning.

• Maintain meticulous records of clinical notes and progress reports, adhering to compliance with department policy and best practices for electronic medical records.

• Engage in regular case reviews and participate in team meetings to develop and refine treatment plans based on collaborative psychosocial assessments.

• Assist clients in discharge planning and care coordination, working closely with local service providers to facilitate access to additional resources as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, consisting of individuals struggling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Possession of an active state license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential recognized in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.

• Strong proficiency in computer systems including electronic medical records, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.

• Exceptional organizational and self-management skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently and effectively in a telehealth environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specialized populations such as adolescents, individuals in crisis, or those involved in substance abuse rehabilitation.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and previous experience in a virtual care setting is advantageous.

• Skill in applying therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
