Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Understanding of school-based IEP processes and experience working with K-12 students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

• Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct therapy services to students across a K-12 setting
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress to parents, teachers, and team members
• Participate in parent meetings, staff conferences, and in-service trainings as required
• Stay current with best practices and educational policy in school-based speech pathology
