We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative who already understands the home services industry and is confident working in ServiceTitan. If you know how to navigate calls, scheduling, and customer needs without missing a beat, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments
• Help customers understand their options and next steps
• Check shared email inboxes, respond quickly, and create/convert jobs
• Follow up with customers to book maintenance, explain memberships, and boost satisfaction
• Support technicians by keeping the dispatch board clean and accurate
• Maintain a customer database and process payments as needed

What We're Looking For:

• ServiceTitan experience is a must
• Previous customer service experience (HVAC, plumbing, or home services is a plus)
• Clear, confident communication written and spoken
• Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
• Strong attention to detail with solid computer skills
• A positive attitude and genuine care for helping people
