• Position : Clinical Specialist
• Location: Covington, KY
• Hours: Part Time - Tuesday/Thursday from 8:00am - 5:00pm and potential for Wednesdays.

THE POSITION:

• Loads, delivers and sets up durable medical equipment, oxygen and supplies to patients in their homes, as instructed
• Demonstrates equipment operation by providing instruction for use of certain types of medical equipment in the home
• Ensures a safe patient environment as it relates to equipment
• Completes follow-up visits for non-clinical respiratory patients
• Conducts Home Environmental Assessments for oxygen patients
• Assists patients in solving equipment-related problems
• Completes necessary paperwork and required documentation
• Exchanges equipment due for maintenance
• Sets up and picks up diagnostic studies and ensures delivery to appropriate physician
• Responds to emergency calls with clinical back up as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Two year degree, preferably in healthcare related field.
• Familiarity with medical documentation systems.
• Ability to use navigation system and follow maps.
