Engage with candidates throughout the process including responding to inbound questions and contacting candidates proactively to check in with them, follow up, answer questions they may have, etc. Assist with scheduling phone and onsite interviews / coordinate candidate travel. Answer phones and greet employees/candidates. Follow established talent acquisition processes and use of technologies to ensure data accuracy. Ensure the proper compilation of offer letters and related materials. Provide guidance on the recruiting process for filling positions quickly with qualified and motivated candidates. Support corporate recruiters and hiring managers to build and enhance recruiting strategies. Perform administrative duties as needed to support the recruiting team. Participate in recruiting events as needed. Work closely with other coordinators and administrative support throughout the organization to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of candidates and interviewers. Identify and assist in improving the recruiting process. Track recruiting and hiring process metrics so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Work with external recruiting firms, recruiting job sites, social media, and career fairs to ensure cost effective and optimal sourcing tools to find great candidates. Manage the Applicant Tracking System and update the candidates\' profiles as needed. Other duties as assigned by HR management. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor\'s degree preferred in a job-related concentration (e.g., HR Management, Organizational Development, Business). 3+ years\' experience as a Recruiting / Talent Acquisition coordinator or similar role. Strong interpersonal skills. Experience providing positive customer service experiences to external and/or internal stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
