The Senior Corporate Counsel will report to the Associate General Counsel (Commercial) and serve as lead counsel across procurement and commercial contracting, sustainability and product compliance, compliance program operations, employment and HR counseling, enterprise risk management, logistics, and researching, assessing, and mitigating risk. This role also supports legal transformation initiatives, including contract process improvement, template/playbook roadmap development, and responsible use of AI‑enabled contracting tools, partnering closely with global Legal/Compliance and cross‑functional stakeholders.
