Manager, Account Sales Analytics and Reporting

JOB SUMMARY

Marriott International is seeking a detail-oriented and business-focused professional to join the U.S. & Canada Sales Analytics organization as Manager, Account Sales Analytics & Reporting. This entry-level position supports the analytics, reporting, and performance measurement solutions used by Marriott's Account Sales Organization (ASO). Working with guidance from experienced team members, the Manager will help prepare reports, maintain dashboards, validate data, and respond to routine analytical requests that support business decision-making and sales performance measurement. The successful candidate will combine analytical curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The role provides an opportunity to build experience with sales and customer data, improve recurring reporting processes, and support goal setting and compensation reporting activities.
