Site Manager (AM Shift, Full-Time)

What you’ll be doing We are looking for an efficient Janitorial Site Manager to supervise janitorial staff activities. Responsibilities include scheduling staff shifts, monitoring attendance, reporting absences, conducting performance reviews, and recommending promotions, transfers, and dismissals to management. Duties & Responsibilities Assign janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspect their work to ensure standards are met. Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to staff as needed. Take inventory of all supplies and equipment and inform management when supplies are depleted. Provide training and guidance to staff. Resolve conflicts between staff members efficiently. Attend required meetings and in‑service training sessions. Perform janitorial duties during staff shortages. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience as a Janitorial Supervisor. Working knowledge of various cleaning methods. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Exceptional customer‑service skills. High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
