Do you enjoy having regular 3-day weekends all year long? Do you have electrical, hydraulic, PLC programming and maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting? We are currently hiring for a night shift Industrial Maintenance Technician in a production facility.

POSITION – PLC Maintenance Technician

JOB LOCATION – Osseo, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Night shift (Monday through Thursday, 4:45pm to 4:45am) **Training on Day Shift 4:45am to 4:45pm.

STARTING PAY – $28.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Five years or more of Industrial Maintenance experience required

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. The biggest thing to remember for Maintenance is that we need flexibility. One never knows when a machine may break down or how long it could take to make a repair.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshooting electrical systems – 460V down to 24 V/PLC's
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues/problem solving
• General welding and hydraulic power systems
• Preventive maintenance administration
• Technical data interpretation
• Wide variety of hand and power tools operation
• Equipment maintenance
• Monitoring hot press operation/cleaning and maintaining dies

Qualifications :

•High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

•Be able to stand your entire shift.

•Be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

•Ability to adapt to change in priorities on a daily basis.

•Ability to solve practical problems.

•Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and strong verbal communication skills.

•Ability to pay attention to detail.

•Must have Maintenance experience including electrical, welding, hydraulic skills and more.
