Shipping Associate responsibilities include: Pick, pull, and pack customer orders for shipment Pull parts from inventory based on customer orders Review technical prints to verify part specifications before processing for shipment Photograph items prior to packaging to ensure quality control and documentation standards Ensure orders are safely packed to prevent damage during transit Accurately enter shipment data and generate labels using shipping software systems such as UPS, DataWorks, and other logistics platforms Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by verifying quantities during the picking and packing process Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and practices. Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and increase efficiency EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a shipping, receiving, or warehouse role within a manufacturing environment Ability to read and comprehend technical prints, work instructions, manuals, and other written correspondence Experience with basic hand tools (saws, hammers, drills, etc.) Proficiency with basic computer systems and inventory management software Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure Strong communication skills, delivering thoughts and ideas clearly both written and verbally Experience operating powered industrial trucks (e.g. forklifts) This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
