# Mechanical EngineerApplyremote type: On-Sitelocations: Herstaltime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R0328483Lieu : Herstal, Belgium***Mission principale :***Le Mechanical Engineer contribue au support technique des produits lanceurs principalement en phase de vie série et de maintien de définition.En support direct du référent technique actuel, il/elle participe au traitement des évolutions produit, à la cohérence des dossiers de définition et au suivi des sujets techniques liés aux différentes gammes de lanceurs.L’activité est principalement orientée Bureau d’Études et support produit, avec une montée en compétence progressive sur les produits, les architectures mécaniques et les outils de gestion de définition.Le poste offre un accompagnement technique rapproché et une évolution progressive vers davantage d’autonomie sur certains périmètres techniques.***Responsabilités principales :*****Développement et maintien en condition produit*** Participer au suivi technique des différentes gammes de lanceurs en vie série (lanceurs légers composites et lanceurs métalliques aluminium) ainsi qu’au maintien de leur définition produit.* Assurer le traitement des évolutions techniques, demandes de modification et problématiques identifiées sur les produits.* Participer aux analyses techniques et aux revues liées aux modifications produit.* Contribuer à la robustesse technique et industrielle des produits existants.* Participer à l’analyse des retours d’expérience (RETEX) et à l’amélioration continue des produits.* Contribuer ponctuellement à certains développements ou adaptations spécifiques lorsque nécessaire.**Gestion du dossier de définition*** Garantir la cohérence technique des dossiers de définition en collaboration avec le PLA et les dessinateurs-concepteurs* Vérifier la bonne prise en compte des exigences techniques dans les plans et assemblages.* Participer à la validation des nomenclatures (EBOM) et à la cohérence avec les besoins industriels.* Contribuer à la structuration documentaire dans Windchill / PLM.**Collaboration technique*** Travailler principalement en collaboration avec le référent technique lanceurs et les dessinateurs-concepteurs associés aux différents programmes.* Participer au traitement des problématiques techniques liées aux évolutions produit et au maintien de définition.* Contribuer aux échanges techniques internes nécessaires au bon suivi des dossiers.* Participer progressivement à certaines interactions transverses selon l’évolution de l’autonomie et des besoins du service.**Structuration et amélioration continue*** Contribuer à la formalisation des standards et bonnes pratiques du Bureau d’Études.* Participer à l’amélioration des méthodes de conception et de gestion des données techniques.***Profil recherché :*****Formation*** Ingénieur orientation mécanique, électromécanique, aéro ou équivalent.**Expérience*** Profil Junior : première expérience, stage significatif ou alternance en conception mécanique / développement produit.* Profil Médior : quelques années d’expérience en développement mécanique, idéalement dans un environnement industriel exigeant type : défense, aéro, médical, ...**Compétences techniques*** Bonnes bases en conception mécanique et lecture de plans.* Compréhension des assemblages mécaniques et des principes de cotation.* Connaissance d’un environnement CAO/PLM (Creo et Windchill sont des atouts).* Capacité à analyser des problématiques techniques de manière structurée.* Sensibilité aux contraintes industrielles et de fabrication, aussi bien sur des ensembles métalliques usinés/assemblés que sur des produits à dominante composite.**Qualités recherchées*** Curiosité technique et envie d’apprendre.* Rigueur et esprit analytique.* Bonne capacité de collaboration et communication.* Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement technique complexe.* Proactivité et volonté de s’investir dans des sujets techniques de fond.
