Milestone Property Group is seeking a motivated, client-focused Buyer's Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with buyers to understand their goals, guide them through the home-search process, coordinate showings, provide market insight, negotiate on their behalf, and help make the path to closing as smooth as possible.

We're looking for someone who is organized, responsive, relationship-driven, and eager to provide an exceptional experience from the first conversation through the final closing.

What You'll Do

As a Buyer's Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Building strong relationships with prospective and active buyer clients
• Learning each client's goals, priorities, budget, and ideal home
• Helping buyers identify properties and navigate the local market
• Coordinating and conducting property showings
• Providing insight on pricing, market conditions, and property considerations
• Preparing and submitting offers that align with each client's objectives
• Negotiating purchase terms and advocating for your clients throughout the transaction
• Communicating with clients and other professionals to keep transactions moving forward
• Staying organized and ensuring important details are handled throughout the closing process
• Using company-provided technology, CRM systems, and tools to manage client relationships and opportunities
• Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development

Who We're Looking For

The right person is someone who:

• Holds a valid Ohio Real Estate License or is actively enrolled in an approved Ohio real estate education program
• Is highly organized and attentive to detail
• Communicates clearly and responds promptly to clients
• Enjoys building genuine relationships and providing personalized service
• Is motivated to grow their real estate business
• Can confidently advocate for clients while maintaining professionalism
• Is comfortable learning new technology, systems, and processes
• Values teamwork, accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement

Applicants currently enrolled in an approved real estate education program must provide proof of enrollment with their resume.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Utilize team provided technology and CRM
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
