About the Opportunity: This role plays a key part in overseeing billing operations across multiple practice areas. You’ll support a high-performing team, help streamline billing processes, and work closely with attorneys and administrative leadership. Compensation & Schedule: Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on oversight and guidance to billing team members Conduct regular check-ins and foster team accountability Collaborate across departments to ensure billing accuracy and responsiveness Work with a variety of billing formats including transactional, flat fee, insurance, and hourly Take on increasing leadership responsibilities, including time-off approvals and staff development Qualifications: Aderant experience is required E-billing experience is required Exposure to diverse billing types and legal practice areas Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Prior leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred Why Join This Firm?
