Head of Development & Strategic Fundraising

City Year

City Year in Chicago is looking for a Managing Director of Development (MDD) to lead fundraising efforts and manage a team to raise at least $3.75M from the private sector. The ideal candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong background in fundraising strategy, individual giving, and partnership development. This role requires an equity-driven leader with proven skills in team management, grant writing, and donor stewardship.
