License/Certifications: Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC); valid Massachusetts license
Experience: Minimum 2 years in family medicine or psychiatric inpatient settings

What You'll Do
- Provide primary care and psychiatric support to adolescents and adults in an inpatient setting
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate treatment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient interactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor mental health status and medication adherence
- Support patients of all ages starting from age 10 to elderly
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Massachusetts license to practice as an FNP
- Board Certification: FNP-BC
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Ability to work independently in a psychiatric inpatient setting
- Reliable local transportation no hotel, airfare, or rental car needed
Preferred:
- Previous experience at Leonard campus or similar mental health settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to long-term, stable employment
