Time Type: Full time

Position Summary:

WGI is seeking a Task Lead to serve as the senior contractor representative responsible for overall execution, management, synchronization, and quality control of the USSOCOM J79 Lessons Learned Program. The Task Lead interfaces directly with USSOCOM leadership, COR/TR personnel, TSOCs, subordinate commands, and forward-deployed elements to ensure successful execution of the DVRED process supporting SOF force development and force design initiatives. *This position is contingent upon award*.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Serve as primary interface between contractor workforce and Government leadership
• Manage execution of all contract requirements across CONUS and OCONUS locations
• Synchronize Lessons Learned activities across USSOCOM enterprise
• Oversee DVRED implementation and quality control
• Manage OCONUS deployment requirements including ECOPS/DOCPER, SPOT, SOFA, and theater-specific requirements
• Oversee staffing, retention, continuity, and surge management
• Lead monthly executive-level DOTMLPF-P briefings
• Deliver Lessons Learned Bulletins and operational summaries
• Maintain operational continuity and mission readiness across geographically dispersed personnel

Requirements/ Qualifications :

• TS/ SCI Eligible
• 5 years Program Management experience as Task Lead on DoD contract
• Minimum 1 year command experience as O5
• 3 years USSOCOM HQ experience OR 5 years TSOC/Component experience
• Master’s degree in Program Management, Business, National Defense, Homeland Security, or related field
