Client Success Executive

Supporting client satisfaction and retention in a fully remote capacity, the Client Success Executive I will manage client accounts, analyze revenue cycle data, and collaborate with senior executives to enhance client engagement and performance outcomes. Key responsibilities Manage assigned client accounts, prioritizing client needs and deliverables Analyze revenue cycle and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Participate in client meetings and onboarding activities, ensuring effective communication and follow-through Required qualifications Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing, account management, or healthcare-related role Demonstrated ability to analyze information and communicate insights effectively Willingness to learn healthcare revenue cycle concepts and analytics Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools
