• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle through a consultative sales approach

• Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, options, packages, and emerging technologies

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business

• Effectively address customer questions and overcome objections with confidence and professionalism

• Maintain consistent communication with sales management regarding goals, activities, and performance

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process

• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence every day

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve personal and professional goals

• Eagerness to learn and continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
