Are you looking for a new position in property management?  Are you ready to take the next step into a regional position?  This group in Denver Colorado has several divisions including residential/commercial property management and construction/development. This Area Manager will oversee multiple properties and support teams with initiatives, operations, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.  This company continues to grow and offers an opportunity for promotion.  Bilingual Spanish preferred, open to relocation.

Duties Include: 

• Managing staff including assisting with hiring, supervising, training, developing, and coaching
• Managing vendor relationships by obtaining bids, executing contracts, and reviewing ongoing vendor services
• Conducting property inspections
• Overseeing construction projects and vendor projects
• Collaborating with engineering staff to ensure fire/life safety procedures are in place
• Creating business plans and budgets
• Reviewing rent roles and occupancy
• Managing the AR process
• Approving invoices
• Overseeing bill back process and calculating variance 
• Monthly reporting
• Overseeing and assisting with leasing
• Overseeing move-in/out to ensure policies are followed 

This group is looking for a strong leader with at least 5 years of experience in property management. Experience in overseeing over 500 units a plus! This position is bonus-eligible!  Benefits include 401K match, medical, dental, PTO, tuition reimbursement, vision, and parental leave.
