Assembler

Position Summary Assemblers will be responsible for assembling molded components into finished products, while hitting assembly targets and ensuring that products meet quality standards. 12‑hour shifts: Week1 – work 3 days, have off 4 days; Week2 – work 4 days, have off 3 days. Shifts include every other weekend requirement. Day Shift: 7:00am to 7:30pm. Key Responsibilities Assemble products and components accurately according to detailed instructions and specifications. Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards and specifications, inspecting parts and components for defects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Adhere to all safety regulations, procedures, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Monitor the assembly line for problems, material shortages, conveyor malfunctions, and other issues, reporting them to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and targets. Complete production paperwork accurately and keep records of materials used and production output. Qualifications A strong focus on detail is crucial for accurate assembly and quality checks. The ability to read and interpret documents and assembly instructions is essential. The role requires physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. A team-oriented mindset and good communication skills are important for collaborating with others. Basic problem‑solving skills are useful for addressing minor assembly issues. A high school diploma or equivalent is often a requirement.
