Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction

We are hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager to work on a new build data site in Martindale, TX. This role coordinates closely with developers, construction managers, design consultants, contractors, commissioning teams, equipment vendors, and operations personnel to manage project interfaces, resolve issues, and ensure seamless integration across all phases of the project. Come join our team! Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the data center construction project from design through operational handover. Manage project scope, budget, schedule, contracts, risks, quality, and change management. Coordinate stakeholders to align project objectives, technical requirements, and construction activities. Oversee procurement, contractor performance, and construction execution. Support design reviews, value engineering, and compliance with project standards and applicable codes. Coordinate commissioning activities, project closeout, documentation, and operational readiness. Provide regular reporting on project progress, budget, risks, and key milestones to project leadership. Foster collaboration among project teams to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical infrastructure. Knowledge & Skills Required 8+ years of construction project management experience, including mission-critical or data center projects. Proven experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Knowledge of data center electrical, mechanical, and critical infrastructure systems. Experience managing contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships. Data center experience highly preferred. The salary range for this full-time role is $115,700.00-$161,966.69 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package.
