Salary: $70,000–$90,000 DOE

About the Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for an exciting upscale dining concept. This leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a guest-focused, high-service environment and enjoys building strong teams while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Director, the Restaurant Manager will oversee all front-of-house operations, partnering closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless service, operational excellence, and memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily front-of-house restaurant operations
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing service team
• Create staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage based on business demands
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction through active floor presence and table touches
• Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure smooth service execution
• Oversee opening and closing procedures while maintaining operational standards
• Manage POS system operations, reporting, and daily functionality
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and hospitality
• Assist with special events, banquet operations, and other Food & Beverage initiatives as needed



Ideal Experience

• 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience in an upscale, steakhouse, or fine dining environment
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop front-of-house teams
• Strong background delivering exceptional guest service in high-volume operations
• Experience with scheduling, performance management, and staff development
• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems (Agilysys experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards; ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
• Hands-on leadership style with the flexibility to support all areas of restaurant operations
