Therapist - Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

Provide specialized physical therapy services to diverse patient populations in inpatient and outpatient settings. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and establish appropriate treatment goals.
  
  
• 
  Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate healing.
  
  
• 
  Document treatment progress accurately in the electronic health record system.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with certification and licensing requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a current State of WI license or have an application in process.
  
  
• 
  Must have BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Complete 8 hours of in-house orthopedic education prior to treating orthopedic patients.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate experience with acute inpatient or outpatient orthopedic therapy.
  
  
• 
  Prefer previous EPIC electronic health record experience.
  
  
• 
  Have at least one year of clinical experience, with travel experience preferred.
