Senior Property Accountant

Kforce's client, a fast-growing Real Estate company located in Boston, MA, is in search of a Senior Property Accountant. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage cash activity, receivables, and financial reporting processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages
- Review operating expenses, budgets, and financial performance
- Interpret contracts and ensure compliance with key agreements
- Monitor financing obligations and support compliance reporting
- Coordinate distributions and maintain stakeholder reporting
- Partner with operations teams to resolve issues and improve reporting accuracy
- Support due diligence requests, audits, and external service providers
- Meet reporting deadlines and assist with special projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with property, asset, or investment accounting processes is a plus
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to learn new systems and industry-specific software
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
