Senior Staff Accountant

Senior Staff AccountantIn this role you will report directly to the Assistant Corporate Controller and will take ownership of reporting costs, productivity, margins and expenditure for the company. You will also have significant interaction with other members of the Accounting, Finance and Operations teams.In this position, you will:Participate in monthly financial statement preparationMaintain and reconcile key general ledger accountsCoordinate with Treasury Analyst to ensure all daily cash activity is recordedPrepare Intercompany billingsGenerate various monthly corporate allocationsPrepare and file monthly sales and use tax filingsParticipate in annual audit preparation and analysesAd hoc reporting and analysis as neededParticipate in monthly system closesRequirements include:2+ years of experience in an Accounting role or similarSkills with General Ledger, working knowledge of GAAP Accounting PrinciplesExperience with OracleBachelor's degree in Accounting. Advanced degree a plus
