Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper

Description As a Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper (Business Advisor) you will perform bookkeeping services for a variety of individual and business clients in a variety of industries. Providing the highest level of service and oversight to our clients is the foundation of our firm. What you will do: Prepare bookkeeping for a variety of clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Prepare and process client payroll and payroll taxes (W2, 1099, Quarterly returns, Annual returns) Perform general accounting duties including entering transactions and reconciling general ledger, credit card, and cash accounts. Verify, complete and reconcile payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
